I threw away the packaging and I don't believe that I can return it. Yes I lubricated everything with silicone grease but alas, it was to no avail. Leaks CO2 when inserted into mag. I'll let y'all know if I'm able to fix it. Update: I was able to fix the leakage. You have to partially disassembly top of the mag. See the attached pictures. Using a flathead, rotate the metal ring on the back counter clockwise. Once that's out, you can pull everything else out. There are 2 additional O-rings inside there. Get those out too. Wipe down everything really well with a paper towel (including the inside of the mag) and drown it in silicone lubricant. Be gentle with the O-rings. I coated absolutely all of those internal parts with silicone and then reassembled. I tightened down that outer metal ring extra tight and now it works. Hope this helps. I'm not sure how long this fix will last.

This Walther PPQ 6mm BB Pistol Airsoft Gun has some features that other bb guns with a higher cost don't have. The mag release system is different. When I first saw the gun, I though it was missing a piece. Most guns have a button on the bottom side of the trigger, but this one is more trigger like, located on the bottom of the frame around the trigger. Another cool feature is the slide. When pulled back, the switch on the side of the gun functions just like a real hand gun. This feature isnt usually found on cheap airsoft guns. So when I found out that this gun had that feature, I was surprised. Another nice feature is the trigger safety. Honestly, I'd have to say I'm impressed and it was definitely money well spent. This gun comes with everything as described. This gun is a great beginner's airsoft gun. I've shot it off a few times. Great performance.

When I received my order my experience left me feeling a little let down. When the package arrived, the box was in poor condition—dented corners, bent in the middle, and torn edges. I understand that shipping can be rough on products sometimes, but it does set the tone for what's inside. Unfortunately, the product itself didn’t quite meet my expectations either. It underperformed compared to the glowing reviews I had read and seen before making my purchase. It’s as though it was a shadow of its advertised self—functionality was subpar, and I found myself wishing it would do just a bit more. For the first bought Umarex Iconic .22 cal each shot on the squirrel target was 75% accurate as each target the scope would be calibrated and would have closer grouping. As for the replaced Umarex Iconic .22 cal each shot went right to left on the regular target not being able to have a nice grouping. For the air rifle itself it seems decent for a cheap budget air rifle compared to the budget air rifles. I would say if the product didn’t have a damaged box and performed well I’d compare this to the $300-$400 pcp air rifles. Although as an umarexoutlet.com customer that has never received a damaged box or product, I'm kinda disappointed. Air rifle 1 shooting conditions: 30 yd Wind W at 6 mph Temperature 55F Air rifle 2 shooting conditions: 30 yd Wind NW at 8 mph Temperature 45F (Note: I received this as a gift for Christmas bought from umarexoutlet.com. Also I’ve received the fist package and didn’t take pictures so I've sent it back for a replacement, but just like the second replaced product the box was damaged as well.)

Careful what you buy.

I have always been into lever Action rifles since i was a kid. Watching cowboy movies. I absolutely love this gun. Was looking for something quiet to shot groundhogs. The only reason why i gave it 4/5 stars is because of jamming. But lever actions were always prone to that. Other than that. Everything works very well. Since its a lever action i HIGHLY recommend keeping the lever mechanism oiled. I suggest this. It works great! https://www.umarexoutlet.com.com/Interstate-Arms-Corp-Remington-2-Ounce/dp/B0015N8D3C/ref=sr_1_8?keywords=remington+rifle+oil&qid=1559291398&s=gateway&sr=8-8

I have several Umarex guns. They are very well made, high quality pieces. This shotgun is no exception. It is heavy and feels really sturdy in your hand. This .68 cal shorty is perfect as it can fire paintballs, high density solid rubber riot balls and even defensive pepper-balls. The selection mechanism is great. You can fire either barrel or both at once. As tested, it is quite powerful out-of-the-box. I had found the videos online about the "mod" that removes the flow restrictor and almost doubles the joules coming out of the barrel. It seems that Umarex had changed the design a bit to make it more difficult to make the "mod". It seems the restrictor is no longer a simple piece that can be removed. The model I received had the restrictor as an integral part of the air chamber. I wound up drilling through the flow restrictor, (irreversible and definitely voiding the warranty), to get more output. Overall, it is a fantastic, heavy weight piece. Definitely recommended. Do the "mod" at your own risk, though.

Highly recommended the gun has a great quality and it’s very nice and it’s a 10/10 definitely will look to buy again 😁😁😁😁

Did alot of research on this weapon and used the reviews as my guide. Amazing detail to point ppl thought this was the real deal. This is my first air pistol people and I already love it. My intent is to have fun at a target range.

I got my ordered today and found that a 1/3 of the oil had leaked out. Its not cheap oil for sure. I don't know how they will remedie this if its a bigger problem.

Amazing gun! Definitely worth the money since the gun functions well and doesn’t appear much issues. Though I wouldn’t recommend this gun for beginners since the gun is pretty heavy, it is still a worthy choice for those who are experienced.

Looks nice and feels real it was nicely packed and It looks like a real Luger from world war 2

This product is a waste of my time just it and the gas is leaking out of the c hamber

works very good i love it

Not sure if it’s a defective gun, or if they are all made like this… but there’s a super noticeable gap under the slide, completely takes away from the whole “replica” deal. Also, again, not sure if it’s just mine or it’s how it’s designed, but the ‘blowback’ is so minor, you can hardly tell it’s going back. Mostly just kinda looks like co2 is spraying out of the gaps when shot. The slide lock feels either broken or super cheaply made, it doesn’t even lock the slide back half the time. I hope they send me one that works better if it is just defective. Apparently it’s not the only one. I saw other reviews talking about the same thing. Also, I’m not sure if it’s just the new way they package the piece, but I’ve watched review videos and they all come in a nice box, from what I’ve seen. Mine came in cheap plastic packaging, similar to what cheap entry level bb handguns come in. I will say I like the slide design where the co2 and bbs are both housed in the clip, vs the older style where the clip looks like a plastic little stick. I really like the vp9 and I’m kind of blown it’s like this. I had held off buying any blowback because of personal financial issues, and finally made the leap and it turned out like this. It makes me weary to purchase any of the other replica models. Almost a hundred bucks isn’t that much, but it’s also not like 5-10 bucks I can spare to shell out on defective products, hoping to get a good one. I hope umarex can reach out and make this right, I have some questions about other models and if this is corrected, I will definitely be more inclined to take that leap and gamble on other models. Summary, if you have the extra money to just toss 80 bucks to the wind and gamble on something that, from the looks of the reviews, 50/50 may or may not show up in perfect working order, then go for it. Because if these defects weren’t a thing, I would definitely give this a 5 star review. The design is pretty and I love the way it feels in my hand. The weight is nice and I can imagine how good it would feel if the blowback actually functioned at 100%. But, if you’re like me and would want to only spend 100 bucks on something you know for a fact is going to show up in perfect working order, I would steer clear of this one. I would suggest if you want this specific model, to figure out where they sell them in-store, that way you can see what you’re buying before shelling out any cash.

Good lead Pellets, but only getting 1.125" groupings @ 10yds in my Umarex Trevox .177 pistol (575fps+) with an installed Red Dot Reflex scope. In this pistol, the RWS Hobby 7.0g shoots .500" groupings!!
