   I received this gun in two days thanks to the seller. I started off with a 25 grain pellet and was putting them in the same hole and the rest we’re under a dime .. Bench top with a sand bag . At 20 yds and at 40 yds it also did it with 27 grain pellets . I like it so much I ordered a much better scope any gun case and two more mags .. WOW .

   *Edit to add a few pics. A Chronograph capture. Best 10 shot grouping (under a dime). And a 60 shot grouping from 230 bar down to 120 (the lowest 2 shots were for sighting in the ATN scope and 18 grain pellets) As you can see starting at 200 Bar I get 898 and 902 FPS and the airgun is just starting to get into the power band a few shots later around 190 Bar FPS where FPS starts climbing. Down towards 150 Bar is the 984 and 986 FPS data taken the next day. I used Baracuda 18.13 grain pellets for the testing peaking with 39 FPE. Decent amount of power from a compact airgun, also explains why it is so loud (almost 100 dB even with 18 grain pellets) Purchased directly from UmarexUSA for 390… for that price it’s a good PCP but could be a lot better if you consider what the MSRP is. Short list of CONs… Magazine indexing issues… I have 2 magazines that will get jammed while cycling to the next pellet… have tried 14 different types of pellets; all are different shapes, weights, widths, and length; and all have this issue, the magazine tolerance is off and pellets can bounce around like tic tacs causing the jam. If I point the rifle upward and shake a little the pellets realign, I can then rotate the magazine to dejam and cycle the next pellet… really annoying for a “High quality, German Engineered and Manufactured” product. Cheap feeling plastic, every time I pick up the rifle I can feel the two halves “notch” into a new position. No way it is as nice or near “weapons grade” like all the youtube influencers claim it is… I need to remember influencers get these items for cheap if not free to give those glowing reviews to boost sales… Sound dampening is needed in the stock, making the airgun even more expensive and heavier if sound echoing bothers you. Moderator is just for show, even with 18 and 21 grain Baracuda pellets it’s not very backyard friendly (almost 100 dB), please Umarex give us a working moderator or access to the threaded portion so we can install one that does work. No regulator… at a MSRP of 600 big ones, not having an adjustable regulator is a poor choice when the rifle was designed you could get sub 400 dollar PCPs with all the bells and whistle this is missing… given the sweet spot for filling my Reign .22 is about 190 Bar down to 120 bar giving me 40 or so extremely accurate shots… a regulator could easily give me an extra 70 shots if I could fill all the way up to 230 bar and shoot down to the regulated 120 bar where velocity starts to drop fast. Trigger from the factory is still being shipped while not adjusted correctly, no real “stages” just a constant and heavy 3 to 4 pound pull from the start, no “wall” to hit, just a random and sudden BANG every time. And the last con… we only have the one option for the Reign in the USA… over seas they have several barrel, regulator, and power options to choose from along with the updated M2 version. Why do we get the shaft? Now for the Positives. POWERFUL, it is in the 32 to 40 FPE range, with 14.66 grain Field Target Trophy it cracks the sound barrier (at least 1050 FPS at my altitude)… need to take out the FX Chronograph to verify actual speed on the lighter pellets, but my ears ringing can confirm over 1050. Accurate… with zero trigger time (or adjustments) I was able to get 2 ten shot sub MOA groups at 35 yards, and the first 10 shot magazine I used 5 pellets to sight in with the other 5 shots in a 8.5mm hole… extremely accurate… My barrel was clean from the factory only really needing one patch pulled through it… This barrel I received is also not pellet picky, so far everything from JSB Hades, to H&N Baracuda 18 and 21 grain, along with the light 14.66 grain H&H Field Target Trophy (5.53, did not like 5.55) are all giving 10 shot groups smaller than a nickel at 35 yards (off hand in the field shooter). I have a few more pellets and slugs to test but I think Hades and Baracudas give slightly smaller groups (closer to a dime). Light weight. Without the ATN scope it is under 7 pounds so I can hunt and pest with it for a decent amount of time before my old body starts to complain. Ambidextrous, great for left handed shooters, or a right handed shooter that likes the charging lever on the left handed side (like me)… no need to take my hand off the trigger for a follow-up shot. For the price I paid, I have little complaints for how it will be used, just some daily hunting of invasive and tasty bird species. Usually get a chance at 2 to 6 birds a day… No hunting season, bag limit, or license required to hunt them, as long as I am on my own property while carrying and shooting my pellet rifle it’s an all you can eat buffet (Eurasian Dove and Feral Pigeon). *Edit 2 – So far UmarexUSA has been pleasant to deal with the warranty issues, other than needing to send a brand new German Made PCP back to them as I’m not an “Umarex trained gunsmith” so if I touch the airgun other than shooting and lubricating it, warranty will be voided… Read the owners manual, don’t open and modify your airgun (even trigger adjustments could in theory void the warranty), and order direct from Umarex to receive a three year warranty compared to a one year warranty when ordering from a distributor (like AirgunDepot, umarexoutlet.com, PyramidAir, etc.)… I can’t wait to get a Cherry Picked YouTubers airgun back after the warranty repairs fix all of the German Manufacturing oversights… ** Edit 3 – Umarex returned the airgun, it now has a dark black stock (was a light gray with a slight blue hue before) and the plastic feels great now. No more notching into place, definitely feels nicer… if you get a grayish blue looking stock, you might want Umarex to get you the better quality, all black edition, if the airgun is still under warranty it might be worth the upgrade. Umarex did not replace the magazines… just removed any jammed pellets and returned magazines without returning pellets… they kept sixteen H&N Baracuda 18 grain pellets… instead of giving me new magazines that work, they gave me a second owners manual trying to get me to use “RWS branded Pellets”… not realizing RWS Superdome was one of the 14 varieties already tried and jammed like any other branded pellet… the tolerance of pellets is not the problem Umarex, it’s the German made Magazine that has tolerance issues…

   Love it!!!! I’m getting 1″ groups at 75yrds with no problem!!! Quite a whallup too when it smacks the steel!! Powerful amd accurate. The side lever is silky smooth and I’ve had Zero issues with anything on this rifle. Love the .25. It’s a lefty dream.

   I really like the gun. Great design and very precise shooting.easy to handle and recharge. The manual pumping to optimal level is a workout. Depending on personal strength, it might be useful to have a recharge bottle or a compressor.
   I only enjoyed about 50 shots because there was a failure on the compensator. I sent it for repair and I hope it comes back good. I really like it. I bought a tactical scope and bipod for short distance and mid distance shooting.
