   I received the Zelos. It was leaking air due to a bad/ripped O Ring. I called in to buy a replacement O Ring. I was told by the rep that I would have to just ship it in to get the air gun replaced since it is so new and they do not have any spare parts. I shipped it to them and a few days later I received it and I received the same air gun. I called and asked why I got the same air gun. Umarex said nothing was wrong with the air gun. I filled the air gun with air, it didn’t leak but when I took off the air tank, it still had the same O Ring. I asked the customer rep, Mason why the O Ring inspected, he said their 20+ year gun smith would have not let that happen. I asked Mason to review their notes for me to receive a new gun as the other customer rep has stated. He said there’s no such notes in the ticket. So I wasted my time sending in this air gun for “Warranty repair”. Their gun smith didn’t even look at the O Ring. Mason was no help. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

   Out of the box , this is one amazing pcp, the only thing I did was clean the barrel (it was a bit dirty) , one of the two mags feels a bit tight when rotating but maybe within time , it’ll loosen up.

   Again out of the box the regulator is set just right at the high end , and the trigger is feather light .
   The action is smooth , it’s not too loud , unless it’s in a room , but I still added a silencer and that makes a big difference .
   Within 1 mag I was already stacking pellets at 30 yards and 40 yards only needed 1-2 clicks, but it is windy here 11 mph so I’ll wait for calmer days .
   Because I’m going to push this to 70-100 yards .
   But at 25 -30 yards you can really feel the hitting power of the .25 .

   Suggestion: for the price, I wish it came in a hard case, and it have a cleaning kit, these are just wishful thinking .

   My only concern now is will it hold air in the long run.. I’ll update

   First purchase was great , so I went and bought another one , within 2-3 weeks the second one started leaking air !!
   Right at the fill port , at first I thought it was me , maybe I didn’t fill it to 3,500 out of 3,625 , so I made sure this time around it was fill to the line , within a day it have drop to 3,000 and after a week it have drop to 2,500 .. then when I had a few days until the return window closed , it rapidly drop , within a couple of hours it drop by half . I’ve try reaching out to umarexoutlet.com since they were the seller and sender .. but let’s just say it was a horrible experience . Now I have a $660 paper weight .. umarexoutlet.com wanted me to reach out to Umarex instead , and when I mention their A to Z return , the person hung up on me !

   Guess I hit the barrel lottery after 8 years of air gunning finally. I’ve had many pcps with little enjoyment because of POI issues with every outing having to re zero because they just wouldn’t hold but I finally got a good one. Mine performs flawlessly out of the box stacking the 18 grain jsbs hole for hole but after some fine tuning it’s a freaking laser. Feels very well built and I don’t have to re zero after laying it down. Before even firing the gun I ran 21 patch’s threw the gun using the front and back of the patch with ballistol/patch worm. This particular barrel was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen from factory. Everything about this gun screams quality. If you’re questioning it stop and just hit order now.

   But it is pretty loud, but it is threaded for a moderator.
