Did not come with a bump of any kind. Do not have any sites on barrel so needs a scope for shooting accuracy. I thought it came with a bump sense the video showed it in info video. I guess I misunderstood but for the price you think it would.

I love the rifle but it has a defective charging system. It is almost impossible to insert the fill probe. With great difficulty I was able to fill it one time, but when I tried to fill it a 2nd time it would not charge. I had to struggle to insert the fill probe each time. In the Youtube video I watched, it seemed to go in easy, but not with my rifle. I managed to fill it one time and now it will not fill. Itried so long to get it to work that the time for returning it has passed.

Had a serious issue with ground squirrels. Picked this up to take them out, it is fairly quiet (doesn’t spook the horses after a few shots) and is fairly finicky about how much you fill the air tank. But out of the box it does seem to struggle a bit. After watching a few you-tube videos found the procedures for really dialing it in. Now that the barrel holds tighter and scope is a bit tighter been taking out ground squirrels and black birds left and right, fairly tight grouping and decent range. Few and far between jams seem to be ammo based. Have put a few dozen tins of pellets through and have taken out hundreds of squirrels at various ranges consistantly. Very happy with this purchase, well worth the money.

I purchased this gun to just plink around the yard with. It was not given to me for a review or a paid review. Just an Honest review. After getting to know it I realized its more than just a plinking tool. This is one serious, dependable, accurate and powerful piece. Just NOTE, CLEAN THE BARREL very well when its unpacked! Run the hammer adjustment in all the way and back off 1 turn. When sighted in, if it don’t punch dime sized holes at 50+yards, its either the operator, pellets or the wind. I charge it with a simple $200 pump from umarexoutlet.com and it fills to 100% in literally 2 min. I am so satisfied, I have the 25 cal due in today.

Received this PCP rifle in great shape. Held air pressure well. Pretty easy to air up with a hand pump. Right around 120 pumps to fill it. It has grouped well out at 18 yards with pretty much every pellet I have shot through it so far. I like the way it is built and will be great for small game hunting as well as target practice. I also have the gauntlet in a 25 cal. I think I like the origin better, especially the bolt and the design. It came with the correct fill probe but I wish Umarex would have designed the same type fill connection as the gauntlet has but it works ok. I would put the accuracy of this air rifle right up there with my 10-22. It is by far more accurate than my gamo break barrel plus it won’t break your scopes like the break barrels do. I have not done any longer range shooting with it yet but I have no doubt it will perform well at further distances depending on the best pellets for distance shooting. There are good videos on YouTube on this rifle that are very helpful. I hope this helps if you are considering this item.
