   Unfortunately I didn’t see the previous review warning that the product doesn’t work with the Sig Sauer MCX air rifle. Wasted money and a 90gr co2 cylinder.

   I bought the Fusion 2 specifically because this adapter was supposed to work on it. You can clearly see in one of the pictures for this item that it says it works with Fusion 2. HA! IT DOES NOT WORK. Don’t take my word for it, that is what Umarex told me when I sent my Fusion 2 and this adapter to them for repair since the adapter would not work on it. Umarex said that the adapter does not work with Fusion 2!! So now I’m screwed. I only wanted this rifle because I could use this saver with it, and it is to late to return the rifle. Thanks a lot for false advertising.

   I used this adapter with my new Fusion 2 rifle. It attached perfectly definitely no mods required. The problem is removal since the adapter can not be reached with a wrench and I screwed it into the gun tighter than the CO2 cartridge. To remove the adapte would require cutting an access port into the forearm. Probably the better solution is to screw the CO2 cartridge into the adapter more tightly than into the gun, as recommended by Umarex. An easy way to do this could be by putting the adapter into a vise and then use a strap wrench to tighten the CO2 cartridge. I will try this next time when I finish off the current cartridge. Report: it did not work. I wll try medium threadlocker next on the cartridge threads.

   Lost a CO2 cartridge due to adapter being incompatible with the Sig Sauer MCX. Made a modification to the adapter to get it to work. Takes a bit of time but be careful not to nick the threads.

   Yes, this product does not work on the Fusion 2. But with slight modification it can. As this adapter has a short taper at the end. I just took a Dremel tool and a caliper to measure for when I was about the size (diameter) of the dual 12 gram tube end. Then took some sand paper to give it a smooth finish. In a nut shell I matched the stock Fusion’s dual co2 tube assembly end. Hope this helps some other purchasers or future buyers.

    Doesn’t fit Sig Sauer MCX. I purchased this to allow me to save CO2 canisters and preserve my MCX between uses. (I sometimes have days or weeks between uses.) The adapter is appears to be constructed of billet aluminum, well-made and of good quality. I put one on my new 88g cylinder, then attempted to connect to my MCX. Due to the shape of the adapter (being “square”, not tapered like the screw end of a cylinder) and also having a slightly (~5mm) shorter neck, it doesn’t screw into the MCX far enough to activate the valve in the adapter. Just wasted a new $12 canister as all I could do is carefully unscrew the adapter and waste the gas.

    Fits perfectly and works great in my Umarex Javelin. Was waiting for this to get here before I used it and was worth it. Makes it possible to have short sessions without wasting and entire cartridge. 12 or 88.

    Half the Co2 leaks when you first screw the tank/adapter into the marker. The other half leaks when unscrewing. This thing is completely useless and it cost me 2 88g cylinders to find out 🙁

    I ordered 4 Co2 adapters and all of them were the wrong one for the Umarex AirJavelin Arrow rifle. I wasted 4 Co2 canisters because I thought the rifle had a defect. After researching several websites I came to the conclusion that the wrong adapter was in the right box. The boxes have the right part number. Adapter should not be beveled near the exposed threads. Should be at 90 degrees to the threads. The pictured adapter is at 45 degrees to the threads and will leak all the air from the canister through the rifle when this adapter is installed.

    This does not work for the Umarex Fusion 2, as advertised that it does . The pin is too small and does not seat properly as shown in pictures below.
