   Its a VP9 GBB, good for practice, good recoil for a GBBP. but it doesnt handle cryo well. at all. plan for 2-3 mag dumps before the entire replica has to sit to warm up for a while. keep it lubed properly and treat it just as a backup in games (ie never more than 1-2 mags untll your rifle is back up, and its fine. want to go through a lot of mags, be prepared to put a lot of effort into heating it. You might also want to wear gloves as a rule so it doesnt freezer burn your thumb web when it vents.

   Got this as a trainer for my primary firearm. Looks and feels pretty close to the actual vp9. It’s a little lighter but overall very well proportioned. The only issue is the orange extended barrel when it comes to use with specific holsters.

   IF you shoot too quick the mag will dump the gas, slide does not lock into place well enough to make a seal. hop- up is near impossible to access as after slide is removed putting weapon back together is a struggle, the slide lock is a pain to line up

   after loading the mag with plastic 6 mm bb’s for airsoft and filling up the mag with green gas (ensuring to allow trapped gas to escape first), the product shoots 2 to 3 bb’s before running out of gas. Also, too much power.

   was quite excited about getting this as it had all the features i wanted. very disappointed with out of box.

   I purchased this airsoft for practice and orientation before I bought the actual weapon. This also because I am looking at a Walther 99, and a Sig Saurer. I liked this piece of kit, it felt solid and had good weight. I also used this to orientate my wife to the feel, so that she may become relaxed and confidant with the characteristics. That said, I never even got off a round, the slide would hang up continuously, and I spent all my time trying to clear the stoppages and locked slide. It would even fire in the locked slide status!
   I contacted Umarex with regards my problem, and was advised that I could send the piece back at my expense, and they would sort out the problem. I opted not to do this since if this item could not produce what I wanted from an airsoft package, I would never consider purchasing and actual fire arm from H&K …in closing this is a weighty piece and appears to be well made…..until you use it. I would not recommend this item, buyer beware!

   Has very bad leakage issues you can’t even get one magazine done because it just starts spewing gas. It feels good. I liked it and then I tried to use it and it did not work so I just got rid of it.

   Purchased this for my father-in-law as a introductory trainer to semi-automatic handguns.

   I own a legitimate VP9 and this replica is an ideal substitute for facilitating weapons handling and operational familiarization as it probably is as close to a 1:1 replica you can find. The only major difference is the lighter weight and the cheaper polymer.

   The gun was accurate with .28g 6mm plastic BBs at approximately 15-20 feet. After firing the stock magazines twice with no issues, the magazine began to completely evacuate the green gas from the barrel during firing, possibly indicating a valve leak.

   This obviously should not happen with a brand new gun. Will be returning for a replacement.

   Update: After shooting again the following day, the gas leakage issue appears to have resolved itself.
