   It’s nice to get a product that performs as well as it is advertised. This air gun feels and operates like the firearm it is designed after. I’ve had this for a couple of months, and fired it frequently without any problem. It’s accuracy is as good as should be expected for an air gun.

   It is not too often that one can claim that they got their money’s worth this day and age. This time around, I can say that this one is worth every penny. I needed a pellet gun in order to get some quiet trigger-time in my backyard and I always wanted another Peacemaker ever since I had a childhood Mattel. So, this one fit the bill and I am not a least bit sorry I made this purchase. It is a beautiful, reasonable facsimile of the real thing. I did some gun smithing to this piece and it is now super smooth. I polished all of the components of the trigger & sear, cylinder ratchet, loading gate, etc.. All those exposed metal parts that were painted black I removed the paint and polished to a high luster to match the rest of the piece. The loading gate was sloppy so I cut and lapped a round brass shim and placed it behind the circular pivot to take up the slop. I have a set of wooden grips on order, the sold 3-piece type. I intend to shape them down to size and rout out the backside of them to fit. There is lots that can be done to improve on a very quality piece. I have described just a few here. If you are into gun smithing, this is your dream gun. The sights are disappointing so I am looking for a set of adjustable sights that I can use.

   This gun is heavy, a big iron for my hip. It feels very classical and very suitable for my hand, and it’s very simple, which makes it a timeless classic. It’s worth the money to get all the practice in before shooting the real thing, this ones heavy like the real one too almost. But the handle CAN be fragile when opening to change co2 cartridge so be careful. I had this gun for over a year and a half, been using it in many conditions and temperatures, shoots perfectly fine.

   Got jammed once due to my error of shooting with a nearly empty co2, BUT the simple build of this gun allowed me to deconstruct parts of this revolver and retrieve the bb, which was awesome.

   I purchased this pellet gun about 4 or 5 weeks ago and it has been so much fun. I love to shoot but I am not rich so I constructed a shooting range behind my house so I could shoot more often. I decided on the Colt 45 .177 caliber pellet pistol because of it’s claim that it functions exactly like the real Colt and the video showing how it works. Well, I am here to tell you that this gun really does do everything exactly like the real gun. I have had a blast with it. I have real firearms and I like this gun best. Also it stopped cocking recently for no other reason other then it just stopped. I contacted customer service thinking I would have to send the gun back to the manufacturer so they could repair whatever went wrong but I did not have to do that. When I explained what was happening to umarexoutlet.com Customer Service I was told to discard the pistol and a new one would be arriving within 2 days. I talked with them on Sunday afternoon January 4th at around 3:00pm and received the replacement pistol at 5:00pm January 5th. I am telling you that you should buy this pistol. It is worth every penny. Anyone of any age would enjoy shooting with this pistol. And if you have any issues umarexoutlet.com backs it up 100% so you risk absolutely nothing.

   I bought this gun and 12 extra casings to shoot cans and the occasional tarantula and I have been enjoying this gun greatly. It’s accurate and well-made because I have been shooting it regularly. This gun has to be the best backyard plinking pistol I’ve bought because the shiny finish keeps it from getting too hot to grab in the hot sun, and the grip cover that comes off doubles as a hex key to remove CO2 cartridges which is VERY handy because I lost my hex key. It is worth every dollar.

   I was hesitant to pay the same I paid for my Heritage 22lr Rough Rider. (real deal) But it ended up being well worth it. Weight is same, the sites the same, identical.. Thats why I wanted it, practice with it, and go to the range with my 22LR and shoot better. This is accurate, quiet, and awesome trigger. Very light. I just load the pellets into the cartridge, no need to remove, actually way slower…..
   Only negative is…when you put the safety on, it LOCKS everything. Should be only the trigger. You have to 1/2 cock the hammer, and load, then carefully pull trigger and let the hammer down….Make SURE you are pointing into the ground. I had a pellet come out.. I now, Make a point, to load it, and dont point and aim, until I am ready to shoot, only then FULLY pull the trigger back to shoot….safety 1st. I recomment it though…

   I own a pair of Single Action Army revolvers. I ended up going to Halloween party dressed in my Western wear and couldn’t bring the firearms because that’s pretty frowned upon (having real ones). So I purchased a set of these airsoft revolvers. This can at least be decent props in my holster. When they arrived and I popped open the box I could immediately appreciate the build quality. They looked real. When I picked them up, they felt real. Very solid heavy metal construction with small changes made for functionality. Now in looking at the store photos I didn’t expect the issues I have with them. First problem, they’re always in a half cock mode. If nothing else, you might get something caught on it or break it. If the hammer would stay forward that would be great. The safety near the trigger looks awful. If only they made it a nickel/silver color to blend in. The worst part is the tool hole at the bottom of the grip. It stands out like crazy and could have been hidden in the grip. That aside, if you’re not looking for a replica but something “close enough”, this will do. If you’re hoping for something more realistic, find a non-firing version somewhere. I’ve added a comparison photo of the airsoft vs real thing. It really is a great close enough little revolver.

    Excellent product with very good quality. Looks and operates like a real Colt or Colt clone. Accuracy is fair but it’s a BB gun! Never had one that was very accurate. Does dispatch gofers in my backyard up to about 15 or 20 feet. I also use it to display with SAA holsters I make.
